To ensure that we did not breech Copy Right laws we sent emails to different companies asking permission to used either their music for our music bed or their image for our archive footage. We ensured them that we would not be making a profit from using this, we were using it as an A2 Media Studies Documentary and only a Media examiner would see it.
Song/BMG Copy Right 2004 - To whom in may concern, I am enquiring to see if we can gain permission to use the track 'Take Me Out' by Franz Ferdinand to use in our A2 Media Documentary production. The track would be used solely in the background of the short documentary clip and no profit will be gained, only an examiner will see it.
Thank You,
Kelly Hope
